Living/dining room

Comfortably furnished including armchairs, sofa bed, dining table and chairs, TV with satellite showing English language programmes, and DVD player.
Dining table seats 6 – 8 and we have a high chair if you need one.

Conservatory

Large, sunny, enclosed conservatory leading from the living/dining room, with a comfortable seating area and an additional dining table which seats 6. To the side of the conservatory is a sunny open terrace – great for outside dining – with a set of Provençal stone steps leading down to the lower garden and pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. An archway provides easy walk-through access from the kitchen to the dining area, giving a light and airy feeling to the entire living space of the villa. In the kitchen you will find:

• Dishwasher
• Washing machine
• Fridge/freezer
• Coffee maker
• plus all the little things needed to make you feel at home during your stay, including a corkscrew!

To the side of the kitchen is a utility room providing ample storage space.

Bedroom 1
Large, airy room with king-sized bed and plenty of storage space. Views over the garden.

Bedroom 2
Light and airy bedroom with a double bed.

Bedroom 3
Full-sized double bedroom with twin single beds.

All bedrooms have fans. A cot and a folding bed (Z-bed) suitable for a child, are also provided.

Modern, with a bath and overbath shower, washbasin and wc.
