Booking Information
The Villa Cassiopee is available for rental during July and August.
Summer 2010
Weekly rental - €1700
Two weeks - €2800
Payment can be made by Euro or Sterling cheque. If you would like to pay in Sterling (£) please contact us for the current rates.
Rentals at other times of the year may be accommodated on request.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is requested at the time of booking.
The balance payment is required 8 weeks before your stay commences.
We also require a security deposit of €500, payable at the same time as the full balance. This deposit is refundable after you stay subject to any deductions for damage.

Changeover day is Saturday.
Arrival time 4 p.m., departure time 10 a.m.
Linen and towels
All linen and towels, including pool towels, are provided, except for cot linen/bedding.
Cleaning
A cleaning service is provided between lettings.
Guest are requested not to smoke in the house.
Pets are not accepted.
